Logistics provider, 3PL, multi-customer

Your pickers learn it in a morning

So do your temporary staff. That is what counts on the first Monday of peak season, as much as the depth of the feature list.

What brings you here

Your stock counts do not add up. Picking errors come back as claims, and you pay for them. Every temporary worker needs half a day of training you do not have. And you have just taken on a warehouse, or a customer, with rules that look like none of the ones you already run.

Operations and warehouse managers, at logistics providers and at manufacturers running their own stock.

What we answer

01

The handheld does the work

Barcode scanning at every step; the screen says what to take and where. Someone who arrives in the morning is useful in the afternoon. That is what lets you absorb a peak without breaking quality.

02

Stock counts that add up

Cycle counting rather than an annual shutdown. Discrepancies show up when they happen, not six months later when nobody remembers anything.

03

Every customer has rules — that is planned for

FIFO or FIFO by batch, fewest picks, pick-then-pack or pick-and-pack, dedicated zones. The configuration follows the contract you signed, with no bespoke development for each new customer.

04

You bill what you actually do

Inbound, outbound, storage, value-added work. What you carry out is what goes on the invoice, without being rebuilt in a spreadsheet at month end.

05

Your customers stop calling you

They check their own stock and place their own orders from a browser. Your operators get back the time they spent answering “where is my order”.

02

In detail

Taking on a warehouse without breaking the one next door

That is the situation we meet most often: you win a customer, or take over a site, and the rules look like nothing you already run.

TALK is multi-site and multi-customer on the same database. Adding a warehouse does not call the configuration of the others into question, and you keep a consolidated view.

The trades where standard configuration is not enough

Excise goods

Gamma© interface for e-ADs and simplified accompanying documents, material accounting, monthly excise returns. If you are an authorised warehousekeeper, this is the page for you.

Pharmaceuticals and food

Traceability by pallet through batch numbers and by product through serial numbers, with best-before and use-by dates and alerts. A batch recall takes minutes.

Dangerous goods

Classes, UN numbers, storage incompatibility checks, ICPE.

What you need before calling us

Nothing in particular. But if you have them to hand, these three things let us answer precisely from the first conversation: the number of SKUs and locations, the list of your customers with their picking rules, and the exchange formats your principals impose on you.
