What you run, and what TALK does with it
Full loads, groupage, break-bulk and charter share the same data model and the same screens. Your dispatchers do not switch application by type of transport, and your figures consolidate without reprocessing.
In practice, that means you stop reconciling by hand what three systems tell you separately.
The questions we are asked most
“How long does an implementation take?”
It depends on how many interfaces you have and how clean your data is. We tell you after looking, not before. What is certain is that the old tool keeps running until the new one is ready.
“What if my current publisher refuses to hand over my data?”
It happens often, and it is planned for. Your data belongs to you. We know how to migrate from an export, from a database, or from badly formed flat files — which is the most common case.
We have already migrated histories from systems nobody maintains any more. An old format is not an obstacle: it is one more format to read.
