If your logistics provider already runs TALK
The access exists. They switch it on, in a few minutes, and you have nothing to install on your side.
Simply ask them for access to TALK Interactive. If the question surprises them, tell them to call us.
If they do not
You can forward them this page. That is often how it starts: a shipper who has seen the visibility elsewhere and asks for it at home.
